Digestives are not a big deal in the States. But I fell hard for them while studying abroad in London. After getting over their strange name, my nightly ritual involved dipping the biscuits in hot tea. I was so happy to find out that a few stores began carrying them in the U.S. shortly after I returned home.
And now here they are in pillow form! Apparently, I share the same passion as Scottish designer, Nikki McWilliams, who makes cookie cushions out of Scotland. Now I can officially call Digestives the ultimate comfort food.
