I try to steer clear of somber subject matter. But the suffering in Japan is just too heartbreaking not to address. Among the millions of Japanese citizens affected, my sister-in-law, Akiko's family, and my dear yoga friend, Sayaka, were there when the disasters hit.
So tomorrow, I'll be participating in the Bloggers' Day of Silence. There will be no posts on Friday, March 18th, to honor Japan. Lydia of Ever Ours and Lucia of Utterly Engaged have graciously organized For Japan With Love, a fundraiser for earthquake and tsunami relief.
