One thing I'm big into lately on the fashion front are full mini skirts. Isn't this girl just adorable with her collection of short flirty skirts? I believe she alters them out of longer vintage ones. I also love her array of tights and bow accessories. It's refreshing to see such vivid colors in mid-winter, don't you think?
